In the game of Keno, the odds of winning 2 spots is 1/13. Does this mean that?

kenoplayer asked:

if you pick 13 different combinations of 2 spots and play it in one game, you have 1 chance of winning? or if you play the same 2 spot combination in 13 games, you have 1 chance of winning? Please explain. Thank you.

lets say you use just 1 set of numbers. if you play 13 games with those numbers, odds are you’ll get 2 right numbers just once out of 13 games
