Also there is no age limit but the prize has to be under 999 if you collect it but if over then you have to get someone over 18.

For myself, it is too bad.
You are wasting your time and money. Also, if everybody thinks the same people will not work and will rely on such ways of getting money and that results in ruining the society.
The lottery is illegal in most states if you are under 18. So if you won, you would have to get someone else to redeem the prize for you.
But I don’t think that’s what you were asking. I think you want ot know if it’s immoral.
They call the lottery the “stupidity tax” because the odds are so horribly against you. The house ALWAYS wins. No, I’m not saying I think you’re stupid. I don’t think that at all. In fact, I would say that the smartest thing for you to do is set a limit, like you seem to have done. Tell yourself that you aren’t going to buy more than three tickets a week. And no matter how close you think you are to winning, just remember that the house always wins.
By the way, here in Texas lottery proceeds go towards education. I don’t know about your state, but it’s one less thing that you have to pay taxes for. Might as well have fun with it, right?
