The cost to start a small casino?

I live in South Dakota and was interested in starting one of those small casino’s. I have been looking around for info just thought I would give this a try and hopefully get some more thoughts on it. Ok, now what type of casino I am talkin about is those really small ones with only 10 video machines, (they have vodeo keno, poker, and BJ) real simple and small. Nothing much to it just that and beer sales. No food or any thing like that. Just beer and 10 video machines. Would be able to hold up to 20 to 30 people. Also do you know if I would have to buy the machines or rent them or does the state supply them sence they get 50% of the shares?
